Love Croissants

Love Croissants is a boutique bakery celebrated for its perfect croissants. After experiencing success with both walk-in customers and wholesale clients in the Houston area, the owners decided to expand. The principal investor approached Stella Maris Architecture to conduct a pre-design study for a new location in the Heights. The study focused on the feasibility of a retail use for a site with an existing house in a historic neighborhood. It evaluated the possibility of renovating the existing home versus constructing a new building, and included a preliminary diagram of a new building on the site.
